HYPNOTHERAPY
in Sant Cugat & online

Clinical hypnosis, or HYPNOTHERAPY, is a safe, fast and effective tool for treating psychological and emotional problems. Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not a state of deep sleep or loss of control ; actually, during hypnosis, the client enters a state of intense concentration that allows them to make a direct connection with the unconscious part of the mind in order to understand it and/or make positive suggestions for change.
At all times, the client is aware of and in control of the process, being able to stop it when they wish. The therapist simply acts as a facilitator of this experience.
TYPES OF HYPNOTHERAPY
Depending on the problem the client wants to treat and/or the experience they are looking for, I use one of these hypnotherapy modalities , alone or combined with other therapies.
PROJECTIVE HYPNOTHERAPY
With this modality of hypnotherapy, the client enters a state of light trance (alpha brain waves) where, through the therapist's instructions, the focus is placed on the current inner experience until reaching a state similar to that of daydreaming . It is a process where rational analysis is avoided and emphasis is placed on sensations, creativity and imagination to understand what is happening in the unconscious realm.

REGRESSIVE HYPNOTHERAPY
Regressive hypnotherapy is a therapy technique that uses hypnosis to help people relive and explore past experiences , often from childhood or even past lives.
