DREAM INTERPRETATION

Dreams offer us a privileged glimpse into the unconscious. Their value lies in being a window to our inner world, where the unconscious expresses itself freely, without the limitations of rational thought. Trying to understand the language of dreams and working on their interpretation allows us to explore deep aspects of our psyche that we might otherwise struggle to access.
After a hypnotherapy session, people often dream more and remember their dreams. Our unconscious realizes that we are open to a more fluid and open inner communication, and it takes the opportunity to send us messages that complement and expand on what was explored during hypnosis. This is why it’s important not to ignore them—write them down and work on them in a session.
HYPNOTHERAPY AND INTERPRETATION OF DREAMS
Hypnotherapy and dream work are complementary techniques that work very well together. Hypnotherapy stimulates dreaming, and dreams complement what has been explored during hypnosis. Furthermore, hypnotherapy is a technique that helps deepen dream work, not only by facilitating interpretation but also by expanding its meaning.

-
Deep Dream Exploration: Hypnosis can help recreate or revisit dreams in a conscious state, allowing for a deeper exploration of their meaning. This can lead to a richer interpretation of dreams by accessing unconscious content in a more direct way.

-
Dream Transformation: In a hypnotic state, it is possible to work with recurring or distressing dreams, helping the patient modify them or better understand their meaning. This can support the resolution of internal conflicts or associated traumas.
